Our Process

In-home consultation

We'll visit your home to view your space, take photos, and understand your vision.

Approximately one week later, we'll meet at our showroom to present the Opinion of Probable Cost (OPC) outlining the estimated budget range for your project.

Design

Once you're ready to move forward, a retainer (8%–10% of the Opinion of Probable Cost budget range) is collected to officially start your project.

Our EPA Certified Renovators will ensure that lead paint is safely handled per the law on houses built before 1978

Construction

We introduce you to your Project Manager and review expectations, timelines, and any accommodations needed for your family or pets during construction.
